Marée | Expertise:

How to grow revenue without expanding your market.

Marée specializes in home fragrance products. Despite its established presence in Quebec, it still held significant growth potential within its core market. As Marée's outsourced marketing department, Sculpture unified strategy, creative and digital performance within a single, integrated growth model. Over a three-year period (2023-2026), Marée tripled its revenue by making a clear strategic choice: maximizing its potential within the market it already served before thinking about expanding into the rest of Canada. Every initiative is designed to deepen the value of its existing customer base and build sustainable growth from there. To accelerate customer acquisition, Sculpture first reinforced the brand’s foundations. A redesign of the identity and packaging system gave Marée a timeless and cohesive presence. Each format is crafted to be instantly recognizable on its own while strengthening the overall impact of the product line. Rooted in minimalist design principles, the new packaging elevates the brand value while allowing the product itself to take center stage. This approach increases Marée’s perceived desirability.

PERFORMANCE MARKETING

Marée’s products naturally fit a wide range of purchase occasions, from year-end teacher gifts to winter wellness rituals. Rather than treating each occasion as a standalone campaign, Sculpture built an acquisition system designed to continuously improve, with every result sharpening the messaging, refining product priorities and directing investment toward the areas of greatest potential. Platform choices follow the same logic. Instead of chasing trends, Sculpture invests where purchase decisions actually take shape for Marée’s customers.
